LinkWater Projects is South East Queensland's (SEQ) leading potable bulk water pipeline design and construction entity, working in partnership with LinkWater.

LinkWater Projects vision is to be an effective partner in delivering bulk water transport services within the South East Queensland (SEQ) Water Grid. 

LinkWater Projects originated as the Southern Regional Water Pipeline Company Pty Ltd.  It was established in 2006 by five regional councils and Seqwater as a regional initiative for water management in the area between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Ownership changed to the State Government in 2007 when the government assumed responsibility for bulk water assets.

The majority of potable bulk water pipelines currently under construction by LinkWater Projects will ultimately be owned, managed and operated by LinkWater - the Queensland Bulk Water Transport Authority responsible for the management, operation and maintenance of potable bulk water pipelines in SEQ.

There are currently five LinkWater Projects pipelines in various stages of design, construction and commissioning. Table 1.1 outlines pipelines under management (and in various stages of delivery) by LinkWater Projects, most of which will ultimately form an integral part of the SEQ Water Grid. Pipelines that will be managed, operated and maintained by LinkWater - the Queensland Bulk Water Transport Authority are also represented.
