LinkWater Projects is South East Queensland's (SEQ) leading potable bulk water pipeline design and construction entity, working in partnership with LinkWater. LinkWater Projects is a government-owned and incorporated company established as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to design and construct bulk water pipeline projects. The Southern Regional Water Pipeline Company has been trading as LinkWater Projects since 2006.

The majority of potable bulk water pipelines currently under construction by LinkWater Projects will ultimately be owned, managed and operated by LinkWater - the Queensland Bulk Water Transport Authority. LinkWater is responsible for the management, operation and maintenance of the potable bulk water pipelines throughout SEQ.
